American Lung Association Patient & Caregiver Network

The Patient & Caregiver Network is a nationwide, online support program providing direct access to lung disease management tools, education, and connection to other patients and caregivers.   

The Couples Coach App

The Couples Coach app is designed for couples living with PTSD. Couples choose small challenges, or missions to increase positive communication and work through conflict.  Couples Coach was made by the Mobile Mental Health Team at the National Center for PTSD’s Dissemination and Training Division.

JAN provides individualized consultation to assist individuals with health conditions and disabilities seeking information about job accommodation solutions, employment rights under the ADA, and self-employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

The Critical Illness, Brain Dysfunction and Survivorship (CIBS) Center  

The CIBS Center is an interprofessional group at Vanderbilt University that works with patients who are (or have been) critically ill, have suffered from delirium, and are at risk for long-term cognitive, functional and neuropsychological impairments.
